Exposición fotográfica al aire libre: Fondos Submarinos de Salobreña
Días 6, 7 y 8 de Diciembre de 2013 en distintas localizaciones de Salobreña.
Entre las 11 y las 15 horas.
Viernes 6 y Domingo 8. Paseo Marítimo de Salobreña. Playa del Peñón, a la altura del puesto de Protección Civil.
Sábado 7. Parque de la Fuente. Av. Mediterráneo.
Se expondran alrededor de 24 fotografias y unas urnas que contendran basuras extraidas de los fondos.
Entre los asistentes se sorteará un bautizo de buceo.
El Club de Buceo Glup Glup de Salobreña nos ofrece una pequeña muestra de especies de la flora y fauna submarinas que podemos encontrar en los fondos del litoral de Salobreña. Un espacio natural vírgen diverso y rico. Las fotografías seleccionadas están tomadas en profundidades de entre 6 y 15 metros en la zona de Acantilados de la Caleta, en zonas del Peñón de Salobreña entre 3 y 7 metros. Otras imágenes son de las zonas de arrecifes de Salobreña.
En ellas podemos apreciar la belleza de este espacio natural que tenemos el privilegio de compartir. Pero es un espacio natural sensible que debemos preservar.
Con frecuencia encontramos basura y residuos urbanos que tiramos al mar, y que ponen en peligro la biodiversidad y belleza naturales de nuestro océano.
El objetivo de esta exposición es hacernos reflexionar sobre la necesidad de prestar especial atención a este espacio con el que podemos convivir en equilibrio y armonía.
Los seres que habitan nuestros fondos marinos son respetuosos con nosotros. Respetemos nosotros su entorno, y disfrutemos de ellos.

Open air Photography Exhibition: Salobrena Marine Life, "Enjoy & Protect".
December 6th, 7th and 8th 2013 at various locations in Salobreña.
Opening hours: From 11:00 to 15:00.
Friday 6th and Sunday 8th. Salobreña Seafront. Playa del Peñón, up to the post of Civil Protection.
Saturday 7th. Fountain Park. Av Mediterranean.
Scuba diving baptism will be raffled among the attendees.
This exhibition aims to show a small selection of the underwater flora and fauna that can be found on the seabed of Salobreña's coastline; a diverse, rich and unspoilt natural environment.
These photographs were taken at depths of between 6 and 15 meters near the area of La Caleta cliffs, and between 3 and 7 meters depth around El Peñón. The other images belong to the reef areas of Salobreña.
It's easy to appreciate this natural space and we're privileged to be able to share in its beauty; but it is also a very delicate environment, one that we must preserve.
Unfortunately, we often find rubbish and solid waste that have been thrown away into the sea. Actions such as these are not only threatening biodiversity but also affecting the natural beauty of our ocean.
We hope this exhibition will draw attention to the increased need for balance and harmony in this delicate place; a place that we all share and have responsibility for.
The creatures that inhabit the ocean are respectful to us and, in turn, we must be respectful to both them and their environment. If not, we risk losing the enjoyment they give us for ever.
