Security and call out
During the winter we visit weekly to check the property inside and out, same in the summer if the property is unoccupied for more than one week, In These visits include a preventative maintenance we check.
Following a storm we attend the property with in 24 hours to make sure there is no damage, after each visit we send a short e-mail or text to let you know the outcome of the visit.

Pool cleaning
Your pool is cleaned twice a week in June, July and August and eleven week September to May, treats including all chemicals, checking the chlorine levels and adjust, checking the ph levels and adjust, top up water, remove any floating debris, brush bottom and sides of pool, clean skimmer filter, scrub tide line, clean pool steps / handrail, pool deck area clean and check the operation of the pump and timer set for conditions.
